Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products that have been installed or used

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
